Meet Gayle
A lifelong passion for listening, learning, and growth has equipped me to approach challenges with resilience and thoughtful self-reflection. My early life was filled with both incredible opportunities and significant adversity, including domestic violence and alcoholism in the home. At the age of 18, I experienced a pivotal transformation when I came to understand God’s love and began living through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ.
In 1979, I married a devoted, God-fearing man. We raised two sons, born in Boston in 1984 and 1986, while navigating the many relocations and transitions that came with my husband’s career and the needs of our family. As I matured, I came to recognize the lingering impact of my childhood trauma, particularly in how I managed conflict. This realization led me to a lifelong pursuit of self-development and deeper engagement with scripture.
Our family was forever changed in 2003 when our eldest son, then a sophomore in college, died by suicide after struggling silently with depression and identity challenges. His loss was devastating. He was intelligent, kind, and deeply relational—but also burdened by an inner darkness we only fully recognized too late. This profound loss deepened my understanding of mental health and ignited a commitment to emotional wellness—for myself and others.
Now, more than 25 years later, I cherish the enduring strength of my family and the joy of being a grandmother. I have a sincere passion for walking alongside others as they navigate their own life journeys. It is my hope to offer the respect, presence, and emotional space you need to grow, discover your strengths, and achieve success in both life and work.
